These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RushBot platform, including its Telegram-based interface, website, and related services. By using RushBot, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this service.

1. Overview
RushBot is an automation tool designed for Solana-based decentralized exchanges (DEXes). It allows users to simulate trading metrics such as volume, reactions, holders, and microtransactions for development and experimental purposes.

2. Intended Use
RushBot is intended solely for internal testing, development, and research purposes. It is not intended for live trading, public launches, or any use that could mislead investors, communities, or third parties.

By using RushBot, you agree to:

• Use the tool only in private or controlled environments.

• Clearly disclose your use of RushBot to any collaborators or participants.

• Avoid any deceptive practices or unapproved promotions.

• Accept full responsibility for how you use the bot.

3. DEX-Only Use
RushBot is built exclusively for decentralized exchanges (DEXes). It does not support centralized exchanges or any platform requiring custodial trading operations.

4. No Financial Advice
RushBot does not offer financial, investment, or trading advice. Use of the software is at your own risk. You are responsible for all decisions made using this tool.

5. User Responsibility
By accessing or using RushBot, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to use automated trading tools in your region.

• You will follow all applicable regulations and platform policies.

• You understand RushBot does not verify the legitimacy of your project or token.

6. Restricted Jurisdictions
RushBot may not be used in jurisdictions where trading bots, market simulation tools, or cryptocurrency automation are restricted or prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to:

• United States of America

• United Kingdom

• Canada

• Singapore

• North Korea

• Iran

• Syria

• Cuba

• Crimea Region

• Any other region under sanctions or where automated trading tools are unlawful.

By using RushBot, you confirm that you are not located in or operating from any restricted jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

7. No Refunds
All payments made to RushBot are final and non-refundable. A free trial is available for eligible tokens to test the bot before committing to a paid package. This policy prevents manipulation and ensures fair use.

8. Service Limitations
RushBot does not guarantee visibility, success, rankings, or trading results. All services are delivered on a best-effort basis. Unexpected changes on DEX platforms or external factors may impact outcomes.

RushBot reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

9. Security
RushBot never requires access to your token’s LP or private keys. Smart-Sell wallets are temporary, user-controlled, and can be imported into a web wallet at any time.

10. Third-Party Non-Affiliation
RushBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with Dexscreener, Raydium, Meteora, LaunchLab, Pumpfun, LetsBonk, or any other third-party platforms mentioned. All names or trademarks are used strictly for descriptive purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability
RushBot, its creators, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, penalty, or regulatory consequence arising from your use or misuse of the service. The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

12. Modifications
RushBot may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
